Andy Westall – A farewell that will live long in all our memories…
In a remarkable tribute to a wonderful person, several hundred people gathered on Thursday 5 June at Kingsdown Cemetery and Crematorium, Swindon to celebrate the life of Andy Westall.
Joining Andy’s family were friends and colleagues from all aspects of Andy’s life, each with a story to tell or remembering an episode in their life where Andy had helped or supported them.
Hillary, Adam and Jo have been deeply moved by the outpouring of love and affection for Andy, and wish to pass on their thanks to all who attended or have written cards or letters to them.
Many of our clients attended the service and the subsequent wake at Swindon Rugby Club. It was lovely to meet some of you and hear the genuine affection that you held for Andy.
Unfortunately, the sheer number of people present meant that we weren’t able to see or talk to some of you who attended. But, I hope we shall have the opportunity to meet you again soon in happier circumstances.
