In her role as client support associate, Hollie speaks with clients daily, providing support and assistance over the phone and via email. She also handles withdrawal requests, uploads documents, creates reports and assists the financial planners with various tasks.

Away from the office

Hollie enjoys spending quality time with her family and celebrating special occasions. A devoted animal lover, she shares her home with two cats who keep her company.

What has been your career highlight so far?

In a previous workplace, I became a team leader at a young age.

Cornwall.
