The professional side of things

Jeremy has 43 years of experience in financial markets, including 14 years as a government bond trader at SG Warburg, followed by roles in bond broking and equity market making. Since 2006, he has been managing global multi-asset portfolios at Butler Toll.

His role involves daily monitoring of global markets, engaging with fund managers to understand their latest views and positioning, and leading the investment committee, which meets monthly to analyse global macroeconomic data and determine portfolio positioning.

Away from the office

Jeremy lives in Wiltshire with his wife, and he has two children and three stepchildren. He is passionate about photography and travel, with a particular fondness for Cornwall. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, walking in the countryside, and indulging in fair-weather gardening.
