The professional side of things

Caroline is an experienced financial accountant with 22 years of expertise in both industry and private practice. Caroline started working with Butler Toll in 2014, and in her role, she manages our day-to-day finance operations, oversees the accounts and payroll team and ensures the accuracy of financial and statutory reporting.

Away from the office

Caroline has been married for 28 years and is a proud mother of two and grandmother to three amazing grandchildren. A keen gardener, she also enjoys taking on re-upholstery projects, particularly chairs, and has recently started learning Italian.

    The Consumer Duty Alliance, launched 9 March 2023, is an independent, ‘not-for-profit’ professional body. It aims to support the personal finance sector in the adoption and implementation of the FCA’s Consumer Duty requirements through the alliance of like-minded individuals and firms.

    Financial Vulnerability Charter

    The Financial Vulnerability Taskforce created this Charter in 2021 and it has over 1,000 firms. It focuses specifically on vulnerability and forms a key part of the Consumer Duty Alliance Code of Professional Standards.
