My name is Erica. I’ve been a client of Butler Toll for just over a year now, and Lauren Gifford is the lovely lady who looks after me.

I needed a financial planner because my aunt passed, and my aunt and uncle left me quite a nice sum of money. I needed to know what to do with it, and I also needed to sort out my pensions.

When I first spoke to Lauren, I’ll be totally honest: I didn’t have a clue. I know I couldn’t have managed it on my own, but I wanted to try and put some money away, and obviously get some interest back from it. That’s what Lauren’s helped me with.

I heard about Butler Toll through my brother, Rich. He was in a similar situation to me, had already met Lauren, and was really happy with the service that she provided.

I chose to work with Lauren because right from the start she made me feel relaxed. And like I said, I’m no expert on this kind of situation, and she just made me feel relaxed, we had a laugh, and that made it so much easier.

I feel really good working with Lauren. I’ve asked some silly questions, but she always comes up with an answer. Some of the answers are just as silly as my questions, so she makes me feel relaxed and I feel confident in what she’s done for me.

I feel much happier and more relaxed since I’ve been working with Lauren and Butler Toll regarding my monetary situation and my pensions, in particular, because I honestly didn’t have a clue what to do or where to put them.

I would describe Lauren as knowledgeable, friendly, and professional.

The best advice Lauren has given me was regarding the money that my aunt and uncle left me. Also, I found that I’ve got a few pensions and the companies who I originally got the pensions from had changed and gone over to somebody else, which I find so confusing, but she was able to relate the two and get that sorted for me.

The best thing about working with Lauren is she makes me feel relaxed, and I know that what she’s advised me to do has been the right thing for me, and we have fun and have a laugh.

I would definitely recommend Lauren and Butler Toll. They’re professional. You get answers in a timely manner, and you get given the right kind of advice that you need to make yourself happier and more relaxed around the whole subject.
